We all deserve a sweet treat every now and then, so this week we’re bringing you an incredibly easy, no-bake recipe to try out!
Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 120g creamy peanut butter
- 170g melted chocolate
Method:
First, start by preparing a cupcake tin with 6 liners. Next, stir your peanut butter and powdered sugar together until a smooth consistency. Next, spread 2 tablespoons of chocolate in the bottom of each cupcake liner. Next add 2 teaspoons of your peanut butter mixtures on top of the chocolate. Finally, cover each cupcake liner with another tablespoon of chocolate and smooth out the top.
Now, refrigerate for an hour until the chocolate had hardened. Once done, remove your peanut butter cups from the liners and enjoy!
