Buddy Bag Foundation & WhatsOn Magazine Campaign

Make a difference to a child in emergency care

20% of all crimes reported during lockdown involved domestic abuse (Guardian). Whilst 48,000 children require emergency accommodation in the UK every year (NSPCC).

During these instances, children are forced to leave their homes as they flee from violent situations. They arrive in emergency accommodation with just the clothes they are wearing.

The Buddy Bag Foundations helps ease the transition during this traumatic time by providing these children with a Buddy Bag. A rucksack containing 12 essential items that they can call their own. £25 supplies one child with a Buddy Bag. With 100% of donations going to the cause.
