Mindful Life Journey are set to launch their brand new product, I AM Cards, at the Wellbeing Festival. The aim of the I AM Cards is to provide owners with a positive truth of what makes them them.
The way the cards work, the owner chooses a word each day that will provide them with positive inspiration to keep them going through the day. The I AM Cards creators will be on site at the Wellbeing Festival to answer any queries.
Mindful Life Journeys will also be presenting their usual products and services and will be running mindful meditations all day. The Wellbeing Festival brings together professionals and people interested in the world of mindfulness, meditation and yoga.

The cards will be available at a discounted price of £9,99 when bought at the Festival. The usual price will be £11,99.
The Wellbeing Festival, organised by Mind Body Spirit, will be taking place at the London Olympia between 25 -28 May.
