Cricket fans will be permitted to watch two first-class cricket matches sitting at the stadium for the first time since March. Dipto Paul Reports.
Bob Willis Trophy is a tournament for first-class cricketers of England and Wales where Surrey and Warwickshire’s matches are opened up for the spectators.
1000 fans are allowed for the Surrey VS Middlesex match on Sunday and Monday at The Oval.
The same numbers are allowed for the Warwickshire VS Worcestershire match on Tuesday at Edgbaston.
Social distancing measures will be taken seriously in the stadium with proper testing and sanitizing to the spectators.

Both grounds are permitted up to 2500 fans in the future matches.
Neil Snowball, the ECB’s managing director of county cricket, said: “We’re all excited about the start of the county cricket season, and of course we all miss not being able to go and watch as we normally would.
“These two pilots are an important step in testing the government guidance and ensuring we can safely open our grounds again,” he added.
T20 Blast tournament is starting from 27 August and this move to return spectators in the stadium is surely help the tournament become lively again.
