Want to celebrate International Women’s Day? Why not attend Revamp Yourself, which is a free to attend event taking place on Saturday 10 March?
The exciting set-up, which will run from 2pm – 4pm in London, has been organised by Inner Space and shall feature a range of themed short talks, reflective exercises, conversations and meditations.
The concept revolves around revamping yourself and “finding your new black” – which is basically, something new that will make you feel good and therefore prosper going forwards.
The subjects covered will include forward-thinking mantras, such as: “Give is the New Take” (giving to yourself will mean you have more to give others), “Play is the New Work” (boost your creativity and de-stress) and “Imperfection is the New Perfection” (strive for happiness and accept that life is by no means perfect).
The point is to empower women of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds and encourage them to feel better about themselves. What’s more, this event was created for women, by women, so its content has been carefully developed to ensure their best interests are kept close.
The Revamp Yourself venue is the Seven Dials Club on Earlham St. The address can be found below:
