The UK’s first music, food and fitness festival, LoveFit, is coming back for a second year to the stunning grounds of the St Clere Estate, Kent in July.
For this year the festival has announced new additions and improvements including an exciting adventure programme, boutique camping from Hotel Bell Tent and an expanded food and drink selection including newcomers Body Burger and Vits & Kicks
This year the festival will cater for 2000 attendees and will boast a new adventure programme with paddle boarding, aerial acrobatics, woodland obstacle trail, slip and slide and slacklining, all included in the ticket.
Other exciting activities will include hot yoga in a yurt, wild swimming in a natural lake, health workshops, competitions and tournaments, spinning classes in the trees and blood pumping extras from box jumps to kettlebells, battle ropes to circuit training.
Besides that, the festival will provide a fresh lineup of fitness and wellbeing stars like Chelsea and Everton FC physio Lily Sabri, ‘GQ Star Trainer of the year’ Esmee Gummer, MTV’s ‘EX On The Beach: Body SOS’ star Charlotte Holmes and Pro Fitness Model world champ Shaun Stafford.
Fitness leaders Carly Rowena, Kim Hartwell and Callum Melly will be returning to the festival for a second time. Various activities, like HIIT classes, yoga sessions and fitness workouts will take place, hosted by world renowned studios like1Rebel, Fierce Grace, Reach Fitness, Take The HIIT and Gracefulbow Yoga.
In terms of music talents, Friday will offer a disco-themed welcome party. A tongue in cheek fitness session from 90s legend Mr Motivator will be followed by a throwback night of disco, 80s classics and Northern Soul under the stars.
Saturday will see an eclectic range of feel good anthems from genres like house, classic hip-hop to funk and soul, provided by an international DJ lineup. Sunday is dedicated to recovery and rejuvenation so the music theme of the day will be Ibiza chill, balearic beats and laid back acoustic sets
LoveFit Festival will take place from Friday 20 July until Sunday 22 July 2018 at the Pinetum, St Clere Estate, Kent. Tickets starting from £89 are available here.
