London’s ultimate charity tower race returns on 25th May in aid of Galvin’s Chance, the into-work programme for young people. Run 5km through beautiful Hyde Park before challenging yourself to run up 28 flights of stairs in the iconic tower at London Hilton on Park Lane. Enjoy a champagne breakfast and medal at the finish line in the Michelin star restaurant Galvin at Windows.
Money raised from the Mayfair Power and Tower Race goes towards Galvin’s Chance, the into-work initiative of Chris Galvin, Chef Patron and TV star Fred Sirieix, General Manager of Galvin at Windows. Now in its 10th year, the inspirational programme provides young people who are not in education or employment with industry skills, training, experience and mentoring to help them secure permanent employment in the hospitality sector.
Mayfair Power and Tower Race takes place on Friday 25th May. The event opens at 7.30am at London Hilton on Park Lane. Entry costs £20 and includes a running vest, finisher’s medal and champagne breakfast.
