Muse and The Big Moon Give Advice to Festival Fans on Where to Go This Year

Muse and The Big Moon have given their suggestion on what music fans should do this summer given that Glastonbury is taking a year off.
The Big Moon were speaking after receiving the award for Best Music Video supported by Princess Yachts on 14th February VO5 NME Awards 2018, with the band winning for the clip for their track ‘Sucker’.
They were asked which festival people should go to instead of Glastonbury, The Big Moon advised that music fans should head to the inaugural All Points East festival- highlighting the one day in particular which will see performances from the likes of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, St Vincent,, Patty Smith and many more.
“All Points East seems to be like the crème de la f’ing crème,” The Big Moon’s Fern Ford said. “If you live in London, [you should go] – and if you don’t, go on a day trip!”
Muse, in the mean time, suggested music fans who were pining for Glastonbury, they can go and visit their native Devon instead.
“They should go to Teignmouth, Devon,” Dom Howard said, with Matt Bellamy adding: “Go down and visit Devon – enjoy a stroll on the beach and buy some ice cream and fish and chips.”
