Student revolt against the biased Grading System Wins

Thousand of students wearing face masks marched down in Westminister to protest the government’s new grading system of A-level results.

The fierce backlash from the students and teachers forced the Tories to reverse their stand on the new A-level grading system which eventually lifted the admission cap and employment prospects for thousands of students.

Regulator Ofqual Chairman, Roger Taylor announced that Prime Minister, Borris Johnson and the Educational Secretary of England, Gavin Williamson have finally agreed that the teacher’s assessment system shall be used for marking results. Roger apologized for the uncertainties and anxieties caused by the significant inconsistencies in the grading process on behalf of the government authorities in charge.

The previous system has slashed the grades of thousands of A-level students in England desolating their Admission prospects into Universities.

With the teacher assessed results, pupils grade has automatically gone up, lifting the cap on university places, and assuring them places for admissions. Students who have got higher grades through the Ofqual process will be able to keep their original grades.

The Joint General Secretary of NEU, Dr. Mary talked about the support that young people need more than ever before with scarcity of jobs as the country heads towards recession.

Changes in this policy are also to be applied to the GCSE results which are set to be out on Thursday.
