Berlin, Montréal and London are the three most attractive cities to live, work and travel to for millennials, according to a study conducted by Nestpick, a furnished apartment search engine.
The study pinpointed and ranked the top 110 cities for millennials. Other cities that ranked high on the list were Barcelona, Amsterdam and Toronto. Canada seems to have emerged as the most millennial-friendly country.
The study took into account a wide range of factors, including house affordability, how the city welcomes immigrants, the nightlife, the quality of its universities and the level of residents’ personal freedoms.
Nestpick conducted the same study last year. For this year’s study they have widened the factors they have taken into account to include others such as gender equality, how LGBT friendly the city is, the access to contraception and the internet speed.
