The Last of Us Part II is an upcoming action-adventure survival horror video game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for PlayStation 4. This is an third-person action-adventure survival horror video game and picks up the story of Ellie and Joel. The ominous and fearful tone of Ellie’s looming threats suggest that this will be a story of revenge and revenge seems to be fairly obvious based on context clues in the trailer.
It is the sequel to The Last of Us and takes place approximately five years after the original, about 25 years after the outbreak of the Cordyceps Brain Infection began, and will feature the return of a 19-year-old Ellie, whom players will assume control of, as well as Joel in his mid-fifties. Ellie is fueled by hate, which will be a major theme within the story. The story will be centered in Seattle, Washington. Joel and Ellie remain iconic characters that made us laugh, cry and cringe as they ventured across a battered and broken North America.
