U.S. Girls Releases Christmas Song “Santa Stay Home”

December just started and U.S. Girls is on board with their new Christmas song “Santa Stay Home”. Puza Snigdha reports.

The song has been released today which is co-written by bandleader Meg Remy and Rich Morel. Remy. Maybe through the song, they are suggesting Santa stay home as the climate has changed and also a pandemic is going on all over the world.
“When one stops to really think about it, Santa is creepy and Christmas makes no damn sense,” Remy said in a statement.

The new track is a follow up of U.S Girls’ seventh studio album, ‘Heavy Light’ which was released back in March. The track “4 American Dollars” got the position of one of the best songs of the year.
Remy’s latest album was from recorded live with 20 session musicians which included E Street Band saxophonist Jake Clemons .
Kas Richard is set for his solo debut The Language Shadow on 4th December that includes collaboration from Basia Bulat and Arcade Fire’s Tim Kingsbury.
The Canadian singer-songwriter has recreated the iconic visuals from the 1971 track recently.
